For the last few days I have been sleeping a bit too much. Well, I’ve been falling asleep really late, and waking up even later. Relative to when I’ve fallen asleep of course. I think I’ve had some sort of bug for the last couple of weeks, I know a few friends of mine have been feeling the same sleep disruptions I have, and a feverish sensation has been present in a way. So I figured, hey, I better stock up on sleep man. In May, me and Diana are having the baby! Now that will disturb what little sleep pattern I (and Diana) have.

I know, I know, there’s no way to actually “stock up” on sleep or even “catch up” lost sleep by sleeping more. But hey, I’m sure I’ll be saying “I can’t go guys, I’ve gotta catch up on some sleep” when the baby’s here. :) Seriously though, I get the worst headaches when I sleep for too long, this massive headache that I can’t get rid of without painkillers. Nothing else works. Hey, maybe I’ll function better being a father to an awesome baby, deprived of sleep!

Me and Diana have been checking out some cool retro stuff for the baby, like a couple of items she had when she was a baby. Some of them look older than that though. They’re awesome! I’ve got a couple of things from when I was a baby too, I have to upload some photos of them here at some point and show you. We’ve also bought some baby clothes, almost all organic. It’s amazing how much organic baby clothing you can find these days, that actually looks great! It’s so funny, I usually complain when I do Diana’s clothes when doing laundry, mostly when folding or hanging them. Because her clothes are so tiny, and to me they all look the same, and trying to fold a piece of fabric that’s too small for me to fit my hand inside it… it’s not easy. Wonder how it’s gonna be with the baby clothes, haha.

Oh also, it has come to our attention that both sides of Diana’s family have twins, and both sides of my family have them as well… Better prepare honey.

See, this is what I need. The coffee machine grinds coffee beans when you brew, much tastier that way!

It’s also a great time saver, as you keep the beans (I presume) inside the machine and don’t have to fill it up and count those scoops every time you want some coffee. And the filter is environmentally friendly since it’s made of metal, you don’t have to use paper ones.

I’m not much for espresso, but hey… I need this machine nonetheless. Look at it! It’s awesome! The design just blows me away. Come here you prrty thing! Look how shiny…

Oh hot dang! It even supports landscape typing. Damn, my blogging just got a little more sweetness to it, though it has been suffering from non-activity for a while now. Too bad image handling isn’t better. Would be nice to be able to place it somewhere other than at the bottom of the post.

Or heck, custom fields or post image thumbnail would be sweet. Hey WordPress, hear that? Awesome app guys, so happy it finally works.

I’ve so far been happily surprised though. I always feel full after eating and I can go a long time before I start feeling hungry again, often longer than I would before when eating my usual food (level of healthiness is questionable there). It’s not always that tasty, but much better than I thought. Some horrible stuff though, uuhuhhuh.

Arm is still way busted, but I’m managing. Lots of work coming in to Alterset which is awesome. As soon as the office is done I can finally focus on all my side projects besides working full time.

Got myself a super helper on the construction, Mattias. Been helping me a lot, and it’s a lot of fun.

Oh, I’m planning on getting myself some fiber straight to my office/house. God damn mofo Telia sucks big time and I’m just done with their broadband. So much down time and instability, it’s a joke. Gone through three modems and three routers all brand spanking new just to be on the safe side, and now I know. I KNOW! Eff you!

Pretty sweet fiber too… Can handle like tens of gigabits. Won’t use that initially tho, but it’s nice to have that option at hand whenever. I’ll just have to do the actual digging to the main line, and then there’s nothing between me and the Internet.

Anyway, I think the design is very nice and I hope you enjoy it. If you have any feedback, please feel free to comment. I’m planning on implementing navigation for Archives and Categories at some point as well, but for now… I have to sleep.

So I decided to get a brand new website to go with the name. It’s in the works right now, hopefully you’ll like it. My new personal email address will also change to jesper at this domain, the old one being jesper at that domain. I’ll probably send out some big announcement to ya’ll at some point.
